Expert Shops LLC Return Policy
When returning products that have not been damaged, defective, or results of a shipping error the following conditions must be met for a fair credit:
- 1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
- 2. Items must be returned in unopened cases with original packaging in tact.
- 3. Items not in salable condition due to improper storage or damaged packaging are not returnable.
Product may be returned that have been shipped in error or found to be defective. Damaged items will require appropriate inspection by Expert Shops LLC that will allow for the appropriate claim to be filed with the carrier. All other items are subject to a restocking fee as outlined below.
All returned goods require a Returned Authorization (RA) number given by contacting us. All goods returned without an RA number will be subject to review and credit may be denied. An RA authorization is valid for 30 days after issuance. Should you decide to keep the product and not return it please contact us so that we may cancel the issued authorization.
All returned items must have a RA number and be received in our warehouse or the manufacturer's within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the items upon receipt in our warehouse or the manufacturer's.
The items that are not damaged, defective, or received by error will be subject to the following restocking fee of 15% of total invoice plus freight costs.
Credit will be issued once the product has been received and deemed resalable. All quality issues, damaged product or returns that are a result of Expert Shops LLC error, will be returned at our expense. If you have any questions regarding any portion of the Return Policy, please contact us.
